Terms of Service
Effective date: September 16, 2026
These terms currently describe the pre-release SocialOps Hub service. Operator identity and public support contact details will be added before production availability.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SocialOps Hub, including its desktop application, server components, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Purpose of the Service
SocialOps Hub provides tools for organizing authorized social media accounts, viewing available profile and content insights, managing media and operational data, and coordinating content workflows. Features may depend on third-party platform APIs, user-granted permissions, browser services, or locally installed components.
3. Account authorization
You may connect only accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. Platform authorization occurs through the relevant third party's official sign-in and consent process. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions requested and for revoking access when it is no longer needed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- access, control, or collect information from an account without authorization;
- violate platform terms, applicable law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights;
- distribute malware, evade access controls, interfere with the Service, or attempt to extract protected credentials;
- publish deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or
- resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service without the operator's written permission.
5. User content and responsibility
You retain responsibility for media, captions, product information, account data, and other material you upload or process through the Service. You represent that you have all permissions necessary to use and publish that material. You are responsible for reviewing scheduled tasks and final content before publication.
6. Third-party platforms
TikTok and other connected platforms are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. SocialOps Hub is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with those platforms unless expressly stated. We do not guarantee continued access to any third-party API or feature.
7. Availability and changes
The Service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued to maintain security, comply with law or platform requirements, or improve functionality. Pre-release and sandbox functionality may be incomplete and should not be relied on for critical operations.
8. Security
You must protect your SocialOps Hub login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share application administrator passwords, API secrets, access tokens, or local agent keys.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated if these terms are violated, use creates security or legal risk, or a connected platform requires access to be discontinued. You may stop using the Service and revoke connected-platform access at any time.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, publication success, or continued availability of third-party services. Liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Service processes and how it is protected.
12. Contact and updates
Public operator and support contact details will be published on this page before production launch. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
